My item showed up damaged, which was already frustrating, but getting a replacement turned into Way more of a hassle than I expected. They did eventually send a new one, so I’ll give them that, but the replies were super slow and I had to keep checking in just to get updates. not a Great experience.

I ordered from fixturedisplays, and I ended up needing to return the item because it just didn’t work for what I needed. I thought it would be straightforward, but no, it felt like I kept having to follow up just to get basic return info.
The refund also took much longer than I expected. I tried asking about it, and maybe I caught them at a bad time, but they didn’t seem very helpful. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, this was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order from them again

Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but the shelf felt cheap and wobbly once I put it together. The edges were rough too, which made it feel even less finished. I kept wondering if I missed something during assembly, but it just didn’t seem very sturdy. I don’t think I’d order it again

I ordered from Fixture Displays, and the color was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. It also looked a lot cheaper in person than I expected. it was frustrating, and I could see other customers being disappointed too if they’re relying on the photos before buying.

I ordered because the site said the item was in stock, but then my order got canceled anyway. Frustrating, honestly. If the inventory isn’t accurate, it just wastes people’s time, and now I’m left feeling like I can’t really trust what they list online

I really wanted this to work out, but it broke after just a few weeks. What’s the point of buying something if it can’t even hold up for a short time? Definitely didn’t feel worth the money to me.

I ordered something from fixturedisplays.com the other day while I was trying to get a few things done around the house, and the site did technically work. I was able to place my order, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

Some of the pages felt cluttered, and the photos or details didn’t always answer the basic questions I had, which was frustrating because I just wanted to make sure I was ordering the right thing.

Checkout was fine once I got there, but the whole site feels a little outdated and confusing. It’s not terrible, and I did get through it, but I expected it to be easier

The shipping ended up costing more than the item itself, which was sorta disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again because of that.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this: putting it together was a real pain.
